Bridget Bs had many different systems running across their business. They now have a single solution using Dimension Pro business software and the Avery Berkel equipment.

Final Day out with Tom at Aune Valley Butchers shop. We installed the last of their new machines which was an XTs400. Then we linked the existing XTs they had to this machine, so they could serve on two machines.

Tom gave the existing machine a service and a good clean.

All the machines were linked back to Dimension Pro in the farm shop. Where prices updates and ingredients updates were handled.

3x machines serviced and 4x XTs machines installed. Aune valley needed to replace some of their 10 year old XM machines. We have now upgraded them to the latest Avery Berkel technology, which will last another 10 years.
We tidied all the cables and replaced them where needed as well.

Then we serviced their 3 machines they were keeping. I (Luke) couldn't have done all this without the help of our newest Engineer Tom. He learnt a few new things as well and has been keen to learn as well, which has been fantastic.

Final installation of the week at @giglis_butchers, it was a pleasure to work with David and Joe. They were delighted with the new scales, as their existing ones were tired and not doing what they needed anymore.

With the two new Avery Berkel XTi420 scales they can now show customer allergens and ingredients on products. Produce great labels for their yummy products, whilst keeping the customer informed.

They also took Dimension Pro to manage all of their product information, counter tickets, invoicing and reports.

Great day out in Wales. Sion and Sulwen recently took over the village butchers and decided to go for two XTi scales and Dimension Pro to improve and help their new business.

They now have full controll of costs, labelling and invoicing.

It's been a busy start to the week for the team!

#barlowsbutchers upgraded their old single printer XTi scales with XTI420 13" dual receipt & Labelling system scales, far more versatile, when serving customers and being able to produce labels with ingredients to apply to the paper fresh seal bags.

#yorkshirecraftbutchery received their 2nd scale from SCS an XTs100, Gavin only opened just under a year ago. When we installed his XTi420, the business is going from strength to strength.

#thesaltpig Wareham replaced an ageing UNi 7, which wasn't up to the labelling requirements needed nowadays with the #averyberkel XTi420

Our Luke will be Wales installing tomorrow and then onto Blackpool the day after installing six more #averyberkel XTi system scales.. We must be doing something right!

The Salt Pig took delivery of their brand new XTi420. They can now produce a label for everything that goes out the door. The label has all the necessary information they require and the customer needs. They can also give the customer an itemized receipt which they couldn't before.

#jfbishops butchers in Uckfield hadn't had his scales serviced & calibrated, since the day they were installed, we found them all to be weighing correctly, cables in good order. We spruced them up, Pat will receive his calibration certificate for another year. #peaceofmind #haccps

* Please notice the feet are wound out to allow cables to run freely under the scales.
#tipoftheday - We see too many installs by others, where the feet haven't been wound out, this makes the label cassette harder to insert, and the cables get trapped, eventually breaking..

Our engineer Toms been busy carrying out preventative maintenance visits this week. With a busy weekend coming, these customers didn't want to take the risk of a failure, so they called us in. Some of these scales are 10+ years old, but when Toms finished on them, they looked like they'd just come out of the box.
