We've launched a new AI technology for Dimension Pro, in partnership with Choco.
The AI system reads all incoming orders (incl. email, voicemail, whatsapp, procurement systems e.g. procure wizard) and puts them directly into Dimension Pro, eliminating the need for people to spend hours/day manually inputting orders.
It's built for meat suppliers so can handle all the complexities of day-to-day orders (e.g. chefs not specifying the cut, using synonyms to describe products ect.)

Yesterday we completed adding value and making Veseys Butchers life easier. We serviced all of their scales and updated them to the latest software.
Then we finished connecting all of their scales to Dimension pro. Before they were using one piece of software to manage one scale and then they were managing the other five scales manually with another piece of software. This was wasting a lot of time and effort. There was no continuity in products on the scales as well.
Now they have full control of all their scales in Dimension Pro, they can produce invoices and then export them to QuickBooks. We are also redoing their website and connecting it to Dimension.
