✅ Onsite training & service at G Fiddling Butchers

Today we delivered additional staff training on Avery Berkel scales and Dimension Pro (adding new products, recipes/allergens, & reporting). While onsite, we diagnosed a loose cooling fan on one scale— it wasn’t spinning freely, so the unit was running hot. We secured the fan, cleaned the vents, ran thermal checks, and everything’s now running cool and stable.

⚙️ Calibration & Repairs at L’isola Buona ⚙️

All three scales at L’isola Buona were reading underweight when we arrived.

We calibrated each scale back to spec using certified weights and performed full internal and external cleaning.

Now everything’s weighing accurately — as it should.

We also performed a full diagnostic on the label feed system to identify and eliminate the issue, ensuring accurate and reliable label printing.

Regular servicing keeps things fair and reliable. Good to see another quality-focused team staying on top of it.
